No minority coach who coached up the players in the inner city who may live in at risk areas and use football as a way out? No real leader or men that were worthy? Just give the award to a guy who walks into 30 D1 guys at his door and still loses? Is this a Baltimore award or national award. And I bet there was a more deserving coach in Baltimore!
